Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this website. Using this website means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM between Mondays to Fridays, will be processed on the current day. All orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following business day. Any orders received after office hours, on weekends and on non-working holidays will also be processed on the following business day.Kindly allow 4 – 5 working days for shipping. We currently deliver anywhere within the Philippines. We will be shipping internationally soon, please keep posted. Delivery time may depend on the courier of your choice and your location.Orders are expected to be delivered based on the lead time below. Delivery time and shipping and handling cost will vary depending on the location and number of items purchased. Our preferred courier is XEND so deliveries will be coursed through them.

Please note the following lead times for delivery:

  • Metro Manila and Provincial 2-3 business days

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Item must be in ORIGINAL and marketable condition (meaning that all garment tags still attached, unwashed & unworn).
  • We allow a maximum of 15 calendar days for an item to be returned. Item must be shipped back within 24 hours from date of email notification.
  • Shipping and handling cost that were incurred are non-refundable.
  • Exchange can only be made for a different size and/or color.
  • Customer will shoulder the shipping and handling cost incurred in exchanging/returning and sending back the item.
  • Return or exchange of items is not allowed in the retail/physical stores. Our online store transactions are wholly separate from the boutiques.
  • Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

  • Notify the company via email (onlinestore@getlaud.com) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Specify the reason for exchanging the merchandise and the replacement chosen.
  • The company will inform the customer if the merchandise for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the merchandise to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.

REFUNDS

Refunds cannot be made for returned merchandise. They can only be replaced by merchandise of a similar amount or higher.

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Merchandise with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the merchandise.

Merchandise returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, the company will replace the merchandise and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
